About

Two decades. One specialty. Southern California.

Associated Agents was founded in 2005 with a single thesis: distressed real estate deserves a dedicated practice, not a sideline.

Our Story

Built for the cycles others avoid.

We opened our doors in 2005 representing a handful of REO assignments for asset management companies.

That decision shaped everything—our training, our technology, our relationships with attorneys and asset managers, and our internal processes. While most brokerages chase whatever the market offers, we chose to deepen our expertise in the four disciplines that endure through every market cycle.

Today, our team operates across five Southern California counties, representing homeowners in distress, institutional and private REO sellers, court-appointed personal representatives, and buyers vetted for distressed asset acquisitions, including both owner-occupants and investors.
